Aptahem receives patent protection in South Korea for patent family 2

Aptahem AB (publ) announces today that the company has received patent protection (Notice of Patent Grant) in South Korea for the patent application no 10-2020-7007266 entitled A nucleic acid molecule with anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulant and organ-protective properties.

With the approval in South Korea of patent application 10-2020-7007266, the protection of the company’s drug candidate Apta-1 within patent family 2 in South Korea is valid until the end of 2038.
